Łukasz Kossakowski

Legal adviser, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

He specializes in real estate law and commercial proceedings (criminal and civil proceeding). He participated in numerous audits of real estate and companies, analysing transactional risks, preparing relevant reports, as well as participating in negotiations and drafting contracts for their sale. He also complements his transactional experience with extensive procedural experience before common and arbitration courts. He has extensive experience in complex criminal cases concerning economic crimes, as well as criminal and civil aspects of money laundering – currently he is a defence attorney in the largest criminal case in Poland in terms of the amount of alleged damage.
