Within this specialisation, we work together with creditors to assert their claims against insolvent debtors (entrepreneurs and natural persons, who do not conduct economic activity); we also consider the effects of bankruptcy and the principles of reorganisation proceedings against entrepreneurs threatened with insolvency.

Our basic principle of conducting bankruptcy proceedings is to conduct them in such a way that the claims of creditors can be satisfied to the highest possible degree, and if rational considerations allow it, the existing enterprise of the debtor is preserved.
