Energy law is a set of standards regulating the principles of shaping the state energy policy, defining the conditions of supply and use of fuels and energy, as well as the basis for the activities of energy companies. It also defines the role of the state in the regulation of the fuel market, indicating the tasks of particular authorities. Within the framework of these standards, we strive to ensure our Clients’ safety in fuel and energy trading.

Our task is also to create appropriate conditions allowing our Clients to counteract the negative effects of natural monopolies and to facilitate the application of environmental protection laws. An important element of our business activity is the practical interpretation of international agreements that have an impact on their business activity.
