Transport law in Poland is defined as a set of regulations regulating not only the sphere of transport, i.e. the movement of persons or transport of goods (goods, parcels, cargo) with the use of dedicated means of transport, but also as a set of regulations concerning the organization of transport understood as a division of national economy and auxiliary services related to transport. In the era of rapid development of economy and technology of transport of people and goods, transport has become an important part of trade in goods.

This branch of law is often connected with travel between different countries, legal systems and moral norms in force in this area.
